All items are sold as pictured. Prices are in CAD. Payment is processed through Stripe and is secure. We accept all major credit cards.

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We guarantee collectible-grade condition. Any discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Quebec to Canada and the USA with full tracking. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-10 business days within Canada, 7-14 days to USA). Tracking information will be provided via email.

Liability

RetroLoots is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. We insure all packages. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
